We're a Family Business
Crossroads Family Farms is rich in heritage, being a fourth generation family farm that started in the early 1930's. Growing from a small farm to a diverse modern day operation, we continue to build a financially solid business on a foundation of core values: honesty, responsibility, respect, honor, and a strong work ethic.
This foundation not only pertains to the farm, but also extends to our employees. Through hard work, dedication, and a clear vision for the future, we want to leave a legacy for our five children, so they may be raised with these same core values that are vital in today's society.
Brad and Stacey:
Brad and Stacey both went to Greenfield Central High School. Brad went to Purdue University to do a short Ag course and graduated in 1991. Stacey went to a small business college. She worked at IMI and then decided to work at the farm along with Brad. Brad and Stacey have two children, Shelby 21 and Sydney 16. Shelby is graduate of Illinois Central College and is continuing her Agribusiness bachelor degree at Western Kentucky University and graduates in December. Sydney is a senior at Greenfield Central High School, she is involved in the theater program and loves to read. Both kids still show cattle and pigs.
