We're a Family Business
Crossroads Family Farms is rich in heritage, being a fourth generation family farm that started in the early 1930's. Growing from a small farm to a diverse modern day operation, we continue to build a financially solid business on a foundation of core values: honesty, responsibility, respect, honor, and a strong work ethic.
This foundation not only pertains to the farm, but also extends to our employees. Through hard work, dedication, and a clear vision for the future, we want to leave a legacy for our five children, so they may be raised with these same core values that are vital in today's society.
